FORCESTRA™ PRIVACY POLICY

Forcestra, Inc. (“Forcestra,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information of our customers, prospective customers, and website visitors (“you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website at forcestra.com and the Forcestra™ platform (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Because we provide a business-to-business (B2B) Service, we primarily collect business contact information and technical usage data. We do not knowingly collect information directly from consumers acting in a personal or household capacity.

Contact and Account Data

When you request a demo, sign up for the Service, contact us, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Company name and job title

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Account credentials (for platform users)

  • Information you submit through demo requests, contact forms, or customer support inquiries

  • Other information you choose to provide

 

Customer Content

Any data, files, or other materials that a customer or its authorized users upload, input, or submit to the Forcestra platform in the course of using the Service (“Customer Content”). Customer Content is governed by the applicable Subscription Agreement, as described in Section 3 below.

Automated Technical Data

When you access our website or the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address

  • Browser type and operating system

  • Device information

  • Pages viewed, referral URLs, and general website usage information

  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

 

We do not collect payment card information through our website. Stripe is our payment processor. 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for legitimate business purposes, including to:

  • Respond to inquiries and demo requests

  • Provide information regarding Forcestra and related services

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and the Service

  • Communicate with prospective and existing customers, including account and administrative communications

  • Provide customer support

  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience

  • Comply with legal and contractual obligations and enforce our agreements

 

3. Customer Content and Data Ownership

Forcestra customers retain ownership of all Customer Content submitted through the platform. Forcestra's rights to access, use, and process Customer Content are set forth in the applicable Subscription Agreement between Forcestra and the customer.

Forcestra does not sell Customer Content or personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in circumstances such as the following:

  • Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who support our business operations, such as cloud hosting, website analytics, customer support tools, and email communications. These providers are contractually bound to protect information and use it only to perform services on our behalf.

  • Business Transfers. If Forcestra is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of company assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

  • Legal Compliance and Protection of Rights. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Forcestra, our customers, or others.

 

5. Cookies and Website Analytics

The Forcestra website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our website. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some website features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

 

6. Data Security

Forcestra employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Forcestra cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

7. Data Retention

Forcestra retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, satisfy legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Content is retained and deleted in accordance with the applicable Subscription Agreement.

 

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

 

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Access, update, or correct your contact information

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements

  • Opt out of marketing communications (via the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or by contacting us directly)

  • Ask questions about how your personal information is handled

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

 

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and disclosed

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — Forcestra does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA

  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website and Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by Forcestra. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing information.

11. Changes to This Policy

Forcestra reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy, and, where appropriate, we will provide additional notice. Updated versions will be posted on the Forcestra website.
